About Dr. Molly St. Denis — Clinical Psychologist · Anxiety, OCD & Trauma
About Me

Specialized training, integrative care.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years of experience working with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma. I received my doctorate from Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) and have spent my career developing expertise in the evidence-based treatments that work best for these concerns.

Many people I work with have tried therapy before and found some relief — but the same patterns keep coming back. My approach targets both the symptoms and what’s maintaining them, drawing primarily on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective and mindfulness-based strategies. I’ve found that integrating these methods produces more meaningful and lasting results than any single one alone — and that it can be especially helpful for people who’ve found traditional exposure hard to engage with on its own.

Working Together

Collaborative, tailored to you.

I work collaboratively and meet each client where they are. Treatment is tailored to your specific goals, history, and needs — including the pace and style that feels right for you, with a clear shared understanding of what we’re working on and why.

Whether you’re coming in feeling discouraged, uncertain, or just ready for something different, I’m glad you’re here. I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation so we can connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Outside the Office

A little about me.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me with my partner and my dogs — I’m a huge animal lover. My happy place is outside in nature with animals around, especially near a river or lake. Movement is also a big part of my life: I love yoga, somatic movement practices, and have been getting into tennis more recently. Moving helps me stay present, centered, and calm, and grounded in my Self.

I love music and live shows, and I enjoy a good comedy show or comedy podcast. You can also find me reading at a coffee shop, on a perpetual hunt for the perfect chocolate chip cookie and iced latte, or spending time with the people I love.

I’ve lived on both the East and West Coasts, and I’m happy to have settled in Denver!
